1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Companion Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Companionship Services Ltd provides non‑medical companionship and assistance with day‑to‑day tasks. Our service does not include medical, nursing, or personal care activities that require regulated healthcare professionals.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

Use the service for lawful purposes
Treat our companions with dignity, respect, and courtesy
Provide a safe environment for all visits

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Companionship Services Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our service.

6. Insurance

6.1 User Insurance

Users are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the use of our service. The user’s insurance will act as the primary coverage in such circumstances.

6.2 Company Insurance

Companionship Services Ltd maintains liability insurance. This insurance applies only where the company is found to be at fault for damages or injuries.

7. Onboarding Visit

All onboarding visits are charged at £100. This fee is non‑refundable.

8. Mileage

Some mileage is included within each user’s chosen package.
Any mileage beyond the included allowance will be charged at £0.45 per mile and invoiced accordingly.
Mileage is non‑transferable between users or bookings.

9. 48‑Hour Cancellation Notice

Users must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled service.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur charges in line with the user’s subscription terms.

10. Subscription Contract

Companionship Services Ltd operates on a subscription basis. The service is governed by an official contract provided at sign‑up, which includes full details on subscription duration, renewal, the general cancellation period, and any applicable notice requirements or fees. These contractual terms ensure clarity and fairness for all parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
