As we expand more and more people with different backgrounds, needs and personalities are looking for support from compassionate companions. You need to be able to drive and have your own car.
The ideal candidates will be attentive, caring, positive and able to assist with daily tasks and activities.
Responsibilities may include but are not exclusive to:
1. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
2. Assist clients with daily tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
3. Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities.
4. Monitor client’s health and report any significant changes.
5. Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for the client.
6. Reporting, clocking in and out
7. Time keeping
Our Requirements:
8. GCSE or above
9. Valid driving license and own car is a must
10. Enhanced DBS check (this will be paid for by us)
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to take initiative.
13. Patience, empathy, and a caring personality.
14. Being a good listener, thoughtful and trustworthy
15. Punctuality
What you can expect from us:
This is a flexible working position (0Hour contract) While we still in our start up phase hours may vary with potential to increase regular hours.
